Schedules and coordinates all classroom training with Directors and Instructors-schedules location, date/time, materials, and attendance.
Sets up classrooms for upcoming
classes
(classroom supplies, student materials)
Maintains
management
training tracking process, enters data, tracks completion and processes communication and certification to recipients.
Maintains the student training records .
Assists with greeting visitors in the building.
Collects and distributes training shipments.
Orders supplies for training department.
Assists in securing training locations, including event space and lodging.
Manages catering for all training
events
/classes
Answering and responding to outside communications, such as phone calls, emails and web-based inquiries.
Travel twice a year for trade shows within the US.
Other Duties as assigned
Must be able to work in the US without sponsorship

Education: Bachelors Degree
Computer Skills: Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Access
Experience with dealing with customers both in person and via telephone
