Summary:
We are seeking a hardworking and detail-oriented Production Employee to join our team at Solato's capsule factory.
As a Production Employee you will work to ensure that the production of our ice cream mix is done in a responsible, efficient, and safe manner.
Responsibilities:
Operate and monitor production equipment, including mixers, freezers, and packaging machines.
Measure and mix ingredients according to recipes and production standards.
Follow safety procedures and guidelines to ensure a safe and clean working environment.
Follow established protocols and procedures to ensure consistency and quality of products.
Maintain cleanliness of equipment, work areas, and storage areas.
Perform quality checks and document production activities accurately.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in a production or food manufacturing environment preferred.
Ability to follow standard operating procedures and safety guidelines.
Physical ability to lift and move heavy equipment and ingredients.
Detail-oriented and able to perform tasks accurately and efficiently.
Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
