Job Description:
Essential Job Functions:
Responsible for general building repairs and maintenance including painting, dry wall repair, HVAC/R, electrical, plumbing, pump and motor repair, boiler, and chiller operation, carpentry, miscellaneous work (i.
e.
furniture moving, reconfiguration of space inside facility, snow removal, etc.
) in the Rockleigh corporate facility.
Work with Facilities Manager/Maintenance Team/ Employees/Vendors and Contractors in handling daily maintenance of building.
Knowledge of Building Automation Systems, CMMS Systems, Life Safety, Security and Communication Systems is a plus.
Overtime may be required at times to complete work projects.
Educational
Qualifications:
Technical school training in one of the trades preferred.
Technical training in building equipment is desirable.
Experience:
Minimum of 2 years' experience in facilities maintenance.
General knowledge of building equipment and troubleshooting skills are required.
High pressure boiler operators' license preferred or willingness to obtain once hired.
Must be highly motivated and enthusiastic a team player.
Competencies:
Candidate must be available for on call response after hours, when needed.
Must be highly motivated and enthusiastic a team player.
Good communication skills, customer service skills and computers skills required.
Valid and clean drivers' license required.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
