Precision tin gage material workings.
1.
Build tools into provided designs.
Groom tools to meet design requirements.
2.
Install tools into required stamping presses as needed.
Install stamp inserts for tool change overs as needed.
Check resulting parts after install to assure requirements are met.
3.
Maintain dies and replace parts as needed.
4.
Grind and build spare tools for stamping dies as required.
5.
Follow ISO 14001, Iso 13485, ISO 9001 and TS 16949 procedures as required.
Follow all procedures as identified by quality system.
6.
Always Follow established safety rules.
Handle all chemicals used for tools as required by applicable MSDS and dispose as required by ISO 14001.
