Responsibilities:
- Communicate effectively with customers via phone, email, and chat to address their inquiries and provide assistance - Utilize phone etiquette skills to handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and efficiently - Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding products, services, and promotions - Upsell additional products or services to customers when appropriate - Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently - Analyze customer needs and recommend suitable solutions or alternatives - Maintain customer records by updating account information - Resolve customer complaints or issues in a calm and professional manner - Collaborate with other team members to ensure excellent customer service delivery
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred - Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus - Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze information and make sound decisions - Proficient in data entry and computer skills - Outstanding interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers - Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling customer information We offer ongoing training, and opportunities for career advancement.
