Our client is looking to appoint a newly created Controller role, to work within a cutting-edge diagnostics company in Northern New Jersey.
Reporting to the CEO and the Group CFO, this role offers the scope to develop further as the organization continues to grow.
Duties & Responsibilities :
Assisting with the production of monthly management accounts for group companies Responsibility for maintaining the fixed asset register Monthly stock reconciliation and usage for R&D and, ultimately, customers Preparation of raising supplier invoices Responsibility for Balance Sheet reconciliations and upkeep of the general ledger Assisting with preparation and analysis of monthly results and KPIs Work with the Group CFO to drive improvements and efficiency Supporting the preparation of the budgeting and forecasting Assisting with the year-end audit process Qualifications & Skills:
Confident in working with senior stakeholders within the business Analytical Skills, Organizational Skills, and Strong attention to detail Strong interpersonal and communication skills Advanced Excel skills Previous experience within a busy finance team in a diagnostic or life science company would be advantageous Qualified Accountant (CPA, CA, or CIMA) Bachelor's Degree in Accounting Authorized to work in the US for any employerAbout the Company:

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
