OVERVIEW Crestron Electronics has an exciting opportunity for a Manager, Human Resources Business Partner in our Corporate office. The position will continue to build and manage a team of HR Business Partners, providing strategic leadership for our HR Business Partners. Develop people strategies and promote a high-performance culture through talent management, performance management, employee relations, professional and leadership development, workforce planning, and succession planning. RESPONSIBILITIES Provide our HR Centers of Excellence with feedback and guidance; provide strategic HR partnership and coordination, and appropriate use of HR operational resources, such as Talent Acquisition, Compensation, Benefits, Payroll and Safety. Develop people Support change efforts by providing consulting support and a framework for leading change. Provide leadership to HRBPs through definition of roles and responsibilities, goal/objective setting, regular communication, coaching and development Have a constant finger on the pulse of our hybrid team's people issues, measuring employee satisfaction, and striving to improve its already-high levels Lead a team of HRBPs and oversee the delivery of employee relations services as required Ensure all employee relations matters within Crestron are handled appropriately and in a timely manner Partner with key stakeholders and line managers to facilitate a best-practice employee relations function, striving for consistency Identify employee relation trends and themes to prevent future issues arising and proactively identify how these can be avoided and resolved Work closely with Sr. HR Leadership and Legal to ensure employee relations policies are compliant with local workforce laws and regulations QUALIFICATIONS Minimum of 10 years of human resource management experience required, with strategic, talent management, and/or business development experience At least 5 years people management experience, including managing other HRBPs Demonstrated experience of strong business acumen and analytical skills, with the ability to use data to drive strategic decisions Demonstrated experience of consulting skill set; influencing and negotiation skills results with the ability to present a clear and strategic point-of-view to management while being able to defend and voice the thought process and rationale recommendations Demonstrated experience of Project Management results. Proficient in Microsoft Office programs. Proficient in HR related systems (ADP, Cornerstone, Ceridian or other related HR system). Salary Range:
$150K -- $200K
Minimum Qualification
