OVERVIEW Hands-on client facing role focusing on the analysis, evaluation, development, implementation, and administration of new and existing compensation programs while providing quantitative and analytical support to the function. Work with internal teams to identify financial and people factors that drive value. Leverage in-depth knowledge of compensation and performance management strategies to advise and counsel managers on a wide range of compensation related issues. Supports function's HRIS and software requirements. RESPONSIBILITIES Provides analysis on compensation programs and initiatives related to competitive assessments, market pricing, pay structures, short term incentives, pay change recommendations, new hire offers, and wage and hour regulations Benchmarks jobs against survey data and other market intelligence to determine competitive compensation ranges for each position:
Prepares and maintains market range grids Assist with the annual global merit increase cycle; prepares and presents summary reports of job analysis and compensation analysis information. Gathers data from market-based compensation surveys; uses spreadsheet and data analysis techniques to assess results and market trends Monitor and manager compensation related data sets in the payroll and HRIS. Monitor compensation-related regulatory compliance. QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience, CCP preferred Minimum 6 years of progressive compensation or analytics experience Demonstrated experience writing and evaluating job descriptions Demonstrated proficiency of MS Excel (pivot tables, v-look ups, macros, etc.) Demonstrated experience of strong communication and interpersonal skills Demonstrated experience working quickly and accurately under tight deadlines Demonstrated strong project planning and execution skills Demonstrated history of dealing with ambiguity and adapting to change; capable of dealing with conflicting priorities and demonstrating flexibility Operates with minimal supervision as an individual contributor Demonstrated experience analyzing compensation data and making recommendations
Salary Range:
$80K -- $100K
Minimum Qualification
HR Compensation & BenefitsEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
