Job Description:
Essential Job Functions:
Responsible for prioritizing workload within the department, triaging time sensitive priorities and ensuring completion of tasks by the department.
Responsible for ensuring that fragrance formulas are evaluated for safety and regulatory compliance according to industry, regulatory and customer requirements.
Work closely with Sales Colleagues to support customer requests.
Educate perfumers on safety/regulatory requirements for fragrance creation.
Ensure preparation of fragrance safety documents as per customer requests
Oversees communication with customers on safety and regulatory issues.
Monitors and keeps abreast of major fragrance safety, legislative and regulatory issues.
Prepare and maintain SDSs for fragrance compounds, according to appropriate country regulations.
Supervises and mentors Fragrance Safety Assurance staff.
Special projects as assigned by the Global VP of SRA
Educational
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in science (e.g. toxicology, biology, chemistry or related) required, M.S. in science preferred.
Experience: Minimum 15 years' experience in regulatory or product safety, preferably in fragrance industry with more than 5 years of managerial experience.
Competencies:
Good communication skills.
Computer literate; working knowledge of Windows, Microsoft Office and Outlook.
Proficient with the use of Trifoil, The Wercs and SAP.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
